General Donation Terms
These General Donation Terms set out the conditions for making donations to JSF, Research Organisation Preloge (hereinafter: the “Organisation”), through the Organisation’s website or by any other donation method made available by the Organisation.
1. Donor
For the purposes of these terms, a “Donor” is any natural person or legal entity who decides to make a donation to the Organisation or otherwise expresses an interest in supporting its work.
By making a donation, the Donor confirms that they have read and accepted these General Donation Terms and the Organisation’s Privacy Policy.
The Donor may choose:
a one-time donation, or
a recurring donation,
and may determine the donation amount, unless otherwise specified for a particular campaign or initiative.
A donation is considered confirmed once the Donor provides the information required for the donation and the payment has been successfully completed.
2. Donation methods
Donations may be made using any method made available by the Organisation, including in particular:
- bank transfer to the Organisation’s bank account,
If Donor provides an email address, the Organisation may send a confirmation of the donation by email.
3. Final provisions
These General Donation Terms enter into force on the date they are published on the Organisation’s website.
The Organisation reserves the right to amend these General Donation Terms. Any amended version becomes effective on the date of publication, unless stated otherwise.
Any matters not expressly governed by these terms shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
